Miranda's Charming Newly Renovated 2-bedroom apartment in Long Beach
Nestled in Long Beach, this enchanting apartment offers 2 tranquil bedrooms with queen beds and a cozy living room with a full size sleeper sofa bed. Guests can unwind in the bathtub after a day of exploring the city or relax in the peaceful ambiance of the property.
Property is adjacent to Signal Hill. Please take "Long Beach City College, Pacific Coast Campus" as location reference. 5 minutes drive to Costco, Walmart and other markets. Less than 3 miles to the beach !
Just fully renovated home-like space. New flooring, New kitchen cabinets, New windows and New Furniture. EVERYTHING IS NEW NEW NEW!!

🏡 BEDROOM:
• Ceiling fans adjustable speed with dimmable light and remote control in each bedroom.
• The apartment is only a few miles inland from the beach so it stays much cooler than other parts of the city. The ample windows create a nice cross breeze with ceiling fans. A portable AC is at your choice.
• Linens, warm blankets, walk-in closet, desk with lamp.
🏡 KITCHEN:
• A remodeled kitchen featuring a center dinning area with two bar stools, a refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop and everything you might need.
• There is a selection of cookware, stemware, flatware, seasonings and other cooking essentials.
🏡 PARKING:
Four Parking spots in the backyard. First come, first served. Street parking is free, please do read the signs for Street sweeping days. Guests are responsible for their own cars.
🏡 Lastly, please keep the space in the same condition as you check-in. NO STAINS on the bed sheets and sofa. It's really hard to remove the stains, we probably have to throw away the beddings. That's even worse for sofa. It's not our purpose to give a fine to our guests, please help us to maintain the cleanness.
