No basic amenities
The property is small, yet clean and well kept. However, there’s a few rough patches that need to be worked on1. The water heater is pretty loud, it sounds like someone is running a washing machine the whole night2. There’s a Kurig machine but absolutely no pods!3. The bathroom has no hook/rack for towels or clothes. And the shower curtain is shorter than needed, so the floor is wet after shower4. Last but not least, THE CENTRAL HEATER DIDNT WORK the entire 3-day stay while it was snowing outside!!!The property is managed by Elk Ridge Management. Josie is the property manager, she knows the heater is not functioning before we checked in, yet she didn’t say a word nor have it fixed nor have a solution. After two cold nights, she said she is sending a tech out the next day to fix it. The tech came while we were out, so he left. Mind you this is a digital code door, she could have given him the door code. And why is it our responsibility to stay at the rental and wait for the tech? We’re traveling and here to enjoy the city. As a result, unfortunately we spent another night freezing in the rental place. What a terrible experience. What disappointing management from this Elk Ridge Management. I believe we deserve some refund for the huge inconvenience. I also believe the owner should receive a refund from this Elk Ridge group, and then they should switch to a better property manager. .
