You have access to the entire property and all of its amenities. We have carefully crafted specific amenities to make you feel comfortable and at home during your stay. These include hotel-style bedding and towels, heated bathroom floors, a pre-heated outdoor jacuzzi, a top-of-the-line coffee maker, filtered hot and cold water, various kitchen & cooking appliances, and a brand new BBQ. We ask that you take careful consideration to clean these amenities after you use them so they can be enjoyed by future renters. If these are not cleaned to a reasonable degree after your use, we may require our cleaning crew to work overtime to ensure they are cleaned and ready for the next renters, and thus we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee.
To avoid such, please treat these devices as your own and clean them after each use.

Tahoe Paradise Park (http://www.tahoeparadisepark.com) is a 7 minute walk from our home (0.3 miles away), and includes a lake with a beach, tennis courts, pickle ball court, a playground, picnic tables, a clubhouse, and a gazebo. Perfect for hosting a family gathering or celebration; weddings are often hosted here.

We want to make you as “bear aware” as possible! Please do not leave any food, wrappers, or scraps anywhere outside or in your car. Bears have the ability to open your car if they smell food. Upon departure, please remove all trash from the house and place it in the bear box on the side of the driveway. There is extensive "BEAR AWARE" info located in the check-in manual that we request you take the time to read.
