- Every guest will need to provide a photo of their ID or passport and be identity verified with Airbnb.

- Waste collection day is Tuesday for both recycling and trash. Bins can be placed curbside by Monday evening and brought back out of sight Tuesday evening. Note that there is a strict penalty of $100 for bins left on the curb outside of this schedule!

- Park on my driveway. Street parking is forbidden.

- The garage and closet next to the half-bathroom downstairs are off-limits to guests.

- Use anything on the kitchen, fridge, microwave but kindly clean afterwards.

- Please clean up all waste of your service animal. There is a backyard where they can do their business.

- Packages only Amazon and couriers no USPS.
