🔐 Guest Screening Required
• For the safety of all residents and guests, a brief guest screening is required prior to check-in.
• Reservations will be canceled if the screening is not completed or not approved.

🏊 Pool Access
• The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day (May–September).
• Access is limited to registered guests only — each reservation includes 2 guests.
• Additional guests may be registered for a small supplemental fee.

🚫 Towels Not Provided
• Please note: Bath towels are not included. Guests are encouraged to bring their own.

🌡 HVAC System Details
• The building uses a centralized HVAC system regulated by municipal and environmental guidelines.
• Heating: Active from October 15 to May 1
• Air Conditioning: Active from May 15 to October 1
• During transitional months, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on outside temperatures.

🚗 Parking Policy
• One (1) designated parking spot is included with your stay.
• Additional parking must be arranged off-site.
• Parking permit must be visibly displayed on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
• Do not park in handicapped spots unless you have a valid permit.
• WHost is not responsible for lost/stolen items, towing, or vehicle damage.
