1.5 miles to Pacific Beach and Ocean Beach 1 mile from Sea World. 4th of JULY FIREWORKS view just a 1/2 mile walk to Mission Bay Park or just walk up our the hill on our street!
Downtown, Little Italy, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, airport, SD Harbor/ Fisherman's Village - all approximately 10 min drive away! People love our convenient location because we are easy access to the 5 Frwy.
Studio is attached to our home but completely private, you’ll have your own entrance via personalized lock code.

Great place!

A perfect place, in a great location. Close to everything we wanted. The walks at Mission Bay were great. Convenient to restaurants, attractions, and everything San Diego. The unit was exactly as portrayed. The shower was fantastic! Tom and Deb were really great hosts! We highly recommended this one. 5 out of 5 stars, across the board.

Vacay in San Diego

Perfect for two

Nice location easy access to the airport and only minutes away from downtown. Plenty of Uber rides around so no worries on how to get around . The apartment was cozy and very clean with a nice comfy king size bed and nicely stocked mini kitchen. Very nice spacious bathroom with a awesome shower. Closet space was a plus along with super fast internet connections. There are rooms above and beside you with minimal noise no real complaints. Overall very quiet ! Thank you Deb for opening up your apartment to us we enjoyed our mini vacation in San Diego ! The weather couldn’t have been better 😊

Convenient location--excellent hosts!

We had a great time in San Diego and slept well in the comfy king-size bed. The property felt safe and clean. Tom & Deb were wonderful hosts and the highlight of our trip was going out on their sailboat! (Highly recommend) They thought of all the little things a renter might need while away from home, down to the earplugs that you might want if the street noise bothers you. :) It was very convenient being within15 minutes of so many places we wanted to explore. Thanks again, Tom and Deb, for a wonderful time!

Great Place, Central Location for our first trip to Cali!

Just completed our stay and what a cute place! Conveniently located, just minutes from many San Diego attractions. Perfect for our needs while in town for a long weekend for a family wedding. Owners great to work with, very accommodating! If we ever travel back to the area we’d definitely stay again.

Great Location

We prefer renting from VRBO rather than a hotel chain. We were needing a location convenient to my family and convenient to the action of San Diego. This was the perfect spot. While it is on a the corner of a busy road, we had very little road noise. Parking was never an issue.

This is the perfect San Diego rental ! Close to everything . Very clean. So friendly and help ful .

We could not be happier with renting from tom and deb . They were so friendly and helpful. The place was spotless . Bed was so comfy . Shower was great with good water pressure . Ac and fan made keeping cool easy . The location was great we never drove more than 15 mins and public transport is accessible also! The small touches really made it feel like a home base . Communication with tom and deb was so easy and they were ready to help with anything we needed at the drop of a hat. Such lovely people ! This was the best vrbo we have stayed in and has deffently set the bar . We will most definitely stay here again on future San Diego trips !

Perfect central location, close to all! Immaculate studio and amazing amenities-no detail forgotten! Only subtracted (1) star overall as there is some street noise and neighbor noise. But, that's life in a beach area.

Great place with an even better location!

We had a great stay at Deb and Tom's place. It was clean and had everything we needed. They made sure that the refrigerator was stocked with water and the check in and check out process was quick and easy. Their rental is located very close to the I-5 so driving to various locations was a breeze. We'll definitely be back!

Great location

Tom and Deb are the most welcoming hosts. Suite A was perfect for our five day stay. It is centrally located (15-20 minutes) from all the tourist attractions including San Diego airport. Tom and Deb have thought of everything/amenities to make our stay an enjoyable one. We would definitely book again if we return to San Diego. Until then, Michigan friends Wayne and Sherrie.

Perfect Studio

We had a great time in San Diego and this property was the right location for our needs. It was so nice when we arrived that Tom and Deb were home and we were able to visit some.
