About this property

Casa Azul | Off-grid Hideaway Agnes Water & 1770 | your hotel room in bush

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Casa Azul is a self sustain cabin in nature, perfect place for a digital detox and reconnection with life.

15-min drive to the iconic Agnes Water and 1770, you can enjoy the best of the town, surf and beach to then retreat to a fresh water dip and have the best rest in peace at night.

Connect with nature, local birds and kangaroos. Look at the stars by the fire. Relax and re-wild with this off-grid bush experience.

Casa Azul is located in our 45 acres plot surrounded by the great Australian bush.

The cabin has a queen bed and a mini fridge, perfect for couples, friends or solo-travelers looking for a relaxing place to sleep. Like an hotel room in nature! Pets welcome. One night stays welcome.

The bathroom is on a separate building next door. There is an out-door shower with hot water and a compost toilet. You can also use the fire pit and fire provided wood for you to get lost with the stars.

We are a family of 5 who live in the mud-brick house of the rural property. We are calm and grounded. We grow our organic veggies, look after our happy chickens and protect our abundant land.

The natural swimming pond is shared. Our family and our guests from the Casas are welcome to enjoy the organic water and all the beautiful garden.

The cabin and bathroom is all for your private use.

You are welcome to roam around our property, take a walk to the dam to watch the birds and enjoy the fresh water of the natural swimming.

Welcome to off-grid living! Your energy is powered by the sun. Everything will work over night too ;)
Your water is sourced by rain water. The used water get back to the land feeding the fruit trees around you. Your poo will go in the vermi-compost toilet where the worms will convert it into great soil.

Thank you. Your stay will add to this beautiful land.

Excellent little getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet this place has to offer….. loved the outdoor shower, the nature pool and the whole meaning behind what the host is aspiring to achieve. We really enjoyed that we could do abit of bush camping with the luxury of a comfy bed to sleep . Naiara was attentive and really lovely to deal with.

What an amazing place this couple have. Peaceful and tranquil, if you want to get away from the world and people then this is the place to be. The shower in the open and the product are amazing like a day spa. The bed was welcoming and comfy in a cost little room. The fire pit, outdoor area was very peaceful. Apparently we were the only people to stay for 4night as most just stay for a night or 2. The lagoon I have to say is not like the picture in the way as it doesn’t look as big…..but I wish I went in sooner, it was yet another amazing part of this beautiful place. Was a great way to cool off. The owners never disturbed us once, unless we went looking for them they left us alone. Great family you guys have done well. Will return.
