Located in the new 5-star area of Samui Island near Plai Laem Beach, this newly built private villa (completed in April 2019) spans 3 floors and includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms plus 1 guest toilet, 2 living rooms (one with a foosball table), a bar, secure parking, and a large terrace with stunning sea views (where the sun sets directly in front of the terrace). Ideal for one or two families or for friends traveling together, it has all the modern and quality equipment that one can expect. The staff in charge of your well-being will do everything possible to make your stay unforgettable. The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 double beds. It is also possible, on request, to add a mattress (queen size) on the floor in a living room if necessary. The first floor is fully equipped, it can ideally be used for young people wishing to stay a little away from parents or staff. The living room on the first floor is equipped with a bar and table football. The house's lingerie is personalized, the sheets are of high quality (Egyptian cotton) and for your greatest comfort, the mattresses are equipped with a memory foam mattress topper. The cushions and duvets (also of high quality) have a washable anti-mite protection cover. The toiletries (shower gel, soap, body cream, shampoo) provided are also of high quality worthy of a SPA. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. All bedrooms are equipped with a fan, air conditioning, an LCD TV, a wardrobe and a small combination safe. In the two main bedrooms, in order to allow you to keep the sea view from your lighting, the television has been hidden in a piece of furniture and can be taken out by electrical control. The infinity pool facing the sea is equipped with a jacuzzi (5 jets). The terrace is equipped with a large corner sofa, a semi-low table (allowing you to eat breakfast outside), two poufs and 4 comfortable lounge chairs. Works of art are exhibited in the different rooms of the house. In the main kitchen you will find an oven, 2 hotplates and a four microwave, a dishwasher as well as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need for daily use. The bar on the first floor is also equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, fridge and microwave. The house has a Netflix account available for free. DVD/Blu-Ray players are available in both living rooms as well as home cinema sound bars that can be connected to your cell phone or tablet via Bluetooth to play your own music. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine. A high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection completes the amenities.The private 10-meter-long pool is equipped with a jacuzzi. All beds feature high-quality mattresses and linens. Breakfast and meals are not included but can be arranged on-site by specialized staff for an additional fee. Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged at 7.5 THB per kWh. Cleaning service is included. To conserve water, linens and towels will be changed weekly and at the end of your stay. More frequent changes can be requested but will incur additional costs. The villa is not suitable for young children as the staircase and the pool's edge (which has no barrier) may pose a risk. Therefore, children must not be left unattended.
