Our unit has not been available during renovation, but we are now ready to rent again. The beautiful Emerald Hill buildings and grounds are an ideal spot for a vacation along the 30-A beaches of Northwest Florida. We are located on the south side of 30-A, so there is no road to cross to go to the beach. The beach is a 30 second walk from our condo and is easily accessible by a sidewalk and boardwalk. The spacious private beach, with gated access, provides plenty of beach space for all EH occupants. Our beach is never crowded! With the perfect location in the center of quaint highway 30A communities, EH allows easy access to Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton, Alys Beach, Watersound and Rosemary Beach. All of these areas are connected by a walking/biking path. Relaxation begins the moment you turn onto scenic 30-A and is complete when you setup inside our remodeled 1500 sq.ft. three level townhome.
Our unit, 'Emerald Escape', is the perfect place to spend your vacation. It overlooks the beautiful pool and offers gulf views. The upper level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, seating area, private bathroom, large closet, and private balcony. The neutral linens and Italian art with blue and green tones create a peaceful retreat. The second bedroom has a queen bed, twin bunk beds, closet, and a private bathroom.
The main floor has a living space with leather sofa and club chair seating, spacious kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, half bath, laundry/storage room with full size washer and dryer, and balcony. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and barstools. Kitchen cabinets are filled with everything needed to prepare meals and eat in style. Gather around a spacious wooden dining table with 4 chairs and a baguette or perch on barstools at the stone counter. Smart TVs are provided in the bedrooms and living room; simply log into your streaming service. Additionally, the condo is equipped with high speed Mediacom internet with log in and password provided.
Two balconies provide outdoor living with a dining table for enjoying meals, high top table for happy hour, and rocking chairs for relaxing. Outdoor furniture is comfortable poly wood purchased in 2021. The entry level is a garage for parking 1 car with storage space for coolers, beach bags, floats, and toys. Hooks are provided for drying towels.
After purchasing our vacation home, we spent six months renovating the entire unit and updating all contents. Fresh paint, new porcelain tile floors and original artwork evoke a calm, spa-like feeling. Guests appreciate the location, design, contents, and comfort of our unit and return each year. All EH 2 bedroom units are a townhouse design with a floor plan providing storage at the entry level and privacy on each of the 2 upper levels; there are 2 staircases. This design might not be ideal for toddlers or anyone with difficulty climbing steps.
In order to create a quiet, family atmosphere at Emerald Hill and protect our condominium, this unit rents only to individual families. THIS UNIT DOES NOT RENT TO REUNION, JULY 4TH OR SPRING BREAK GROUPS, OR ANYONE WHO IS ASSOCIATED WITH A GROUP GATHERING. Our beach DOES NOT ALLOW TENTS, CANOPIES or CABANAS, only umbrellas (7’ or smaller) to maximize beach space and ocean views. No RVs, trailers, boats, watercraft, golf carts, etc., are to be parked at the property. Official Emerald Hill rules apply to all Emerald Hill condos. If you have questions concerning rules and behavior, please send as part of your inquiry. Disruptive behavior, loud music, or noncompliance with rules will result in immediate eviction. Booking and signing the rental agreement signifies the renter’s acknowledgment of all stated rules and compliance with the rules. Cameras are installed on the exterior for security and safety. Parking and property passes are given for your convenience and protection and a security guard is on duty during school breaks and busy summer weeks.
The $89 property damage protection for up to $3000 damage is required when submitting payment. The renter is responsible for any additional or uncovered damage.
