Amazing ocean views, 4BR House, cross street and you're on the beach

1 King in upstairs Master BR. 1 Queen in each of 2 upstair BRs. 2 Queens in downstair BR. 1 Queen sofa bed. Sleeps 12. Housecleaning and linen (sheets and towels) included in price. May be extra charge if less then 3 or less nights.

Villa 3 is a 2-story, 4 BR, 3 BR, 2,250 SF house. A large 50' x 20' x 4' deep pool, with 1 foot deep area for lounge chairs or small children, is available for all renters and shared with 3 other houses.

The first floor has an open floor plan with nicely furnished living room and 65' Roku TV, dining area and fully stocked kitchen with granite counter top, dish washer and refrigerator. It also has a bedroom with 2 queens, bathroom and deck with nice table and 4 chairs and beautiful Garden City Beach ocean and pool views.

The second floor has a master BR with king bed, adjoining deck with beautiful ocean views, TV and bathroom. Also on the second floor is 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and Jack and Jill bathroom and a small washer/Dryer room.

The beach is a short walk, just cross the street, for direct beach access. The house is less than 1/2 mile north of the Garden City pier, centrally located. Garden City is is in an ideal spot close to Myrtle Beach, outstanding seafood restaurants in Murrells Inlet, over 100 hundred golf courses, water park and great family vacation living. You would not be disappointed.

Guests can park in the driveway under the house they are staying at with limited parking in main driveway.

Off Season Family Vaca

The unit was beautiful! Great location with a nice ocean view across the street, overlooking the pool. Less than two miles from groceries. The beach access had a shower to get the sand off. There is a charcoal grill but it does not have a lid so be prepared for that (ie. bring foil). We had a fabulous time!

Annual family beach vacation

The beach house was perfect for our family beach trip! This was our first time in the Garden City area! We would definitely like to stay there again so we could enjoy the pool more without a hurricane/tropical storm in the area for most of the week that we were there! The owners checked on us which I thought was very nice!

Great for a family vacation!

This was a terrific place for a family vacation! Right across from the beach AND a swimming pool right outside our door shared with 3 other villas. The only negative we experienced is that Horry County only lets you use an umbrella on the beach for shade. We didn’t get to utilize our canopies and other shade devices.

One of Our Best Family Vacations!

What a fantastic time for the whole family! Having the pool and the beach so close gave everyone the options they needed. It was great to be away from the busy, commercialized area of Myrtle Beach (20 minute drive)...the neighborhood was quiet in the evenings and the beaches were free and not too crowded in Mid-July. The neighborhood was very residential, just 1 convenience store in walking distance, but a major grocery store, ice cream, and everything we needed was about a 5 minute drive to the main road. The house was clean and comfortable, and we didn't feel crowded with 12 people in our party, aged 8-70. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

3 families were very happy sharing this wonderful house! Right across the street from the beach made the day easy to set up and nothing better than swimming in the pool after a long day in the sun. House is located on the quieter, southern edge of Myrtle Beach - which we preferred! Would definitely come back!

Awesome place at Garden City Beach

My family and I stayed here and enjoyed the beautiful home and beach area. The house was so close to everything. The beach was only steps away and you could sit on the porches and watch the waves crash. The home was perfect for us and the host thought of lots of extras to make the stay even better. I would love to come back again.

Great location, excellent views

A spacious, comfortable home with a great location for an off-season meet up with extended family. The bedrooms were spacious, quiet and had comfortable beds that made sleeping in easy for the teens, and there were nice TVs in each room. The kitchen was well stocked (Keurig and full coffeemaker), and the washer dryer worked well. There was a spacious dining table with room for 8 for meals, games and puzzles. The location was great with lovely ocean views from the balconies off both the living room and master suite. The walk to the beach was easy, and there was a nice large patio by the pool to congregate. (The other 3 villas in the development were vacant while we were there.) Didn't need to communicate with the hosts during our stay since everything went smoothly.

Excellent beach stay option

This rental worked perfectly for our group of 7 adults in the area for a wedding, and staying a week to enjoy some family beach time. The house is spacious, clean, and inviting, and had everything we needed. The location is great, right across from the beach, and a short drive to Myrtle Beach and Pawley's Island. We would definitely look into staying here again if back in the area.

Ideal for Golf Trips

The property has everything you need (i) direct beach access (ii) pool and (iii) plenty of space for family and friends across the four bedroom. The property was clean, modern, well stocked and extremely spacious. The owner was very responsive prior to and during the stay. Would 10000000% stay again!
