Gorgeous Direct Oceanfont Condo SBR #233! Pack your swimsuit we have the rest!

You are looking right at the Pacific from your lanai in this DIRECT ocean front condo. Once inside we've done all high end finishes, granite counters, 20' tile thru out the condo including the shower and upscale lighting. Modern contemporary furniture, Smart TV's in B/R and L/R and wireless internet. The kitchen is stocked for those who like to cook and with all you need to hit the beach with the comforts of home, tupperware containers, beach towels, cooler and beach bag. The 2nd level of the parking lot leads you from your car right to the front door. There are stairs right outside our door to lead you to the beach or pool. Or there is an elevator if you prefer. It is a quiet location yet not far from the pool and BBQ's. There is beach access right next to the condo with showers provided at the entrance to the beach. The complex has a beautiful beachfront heated saltwater swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Or you can sit on the lounge chairs provided on the grassy area in front of the pool. You can easily spend the day right at Sugar Beach, playing in the ocean, taking an outrigger canoe ride or walking the 5 mile sandy beach.
We hope when you enter the condo, you no longer feel like you rented the space but feel at home. There is a comfortable King size bed with soft sheets and towels in the bathroom. We will also provide beach toys, like boogie boards, an umbrella and chairs.
There are friendly people at the office to answer your questions and an on-site activities desk to help plan your excursions. It's truly a great resort with a perfect location to spend your Maui vacation. ( CONDO SLEEPS 2 PEOPLE MAX + 1 infant under age 1, NO SLEEPER COUCH AVAILABLE )
Please note each year the pool area at Sugar Beach is closed beginning the second Monday in September for one week.

Perfection!
What a wonderful condo! Spotless upon arrival with every essential you could think of and then some! Communication with Kim has been outstanding from the first minute of booking! The ocean is literally steps away and the nice sized balcony with this view beckons you to be on it day and night! The condo’s location makes it easy to get to all places across the island with many restaurants and stores nearby. We had an absolutely amazing time and plan to return to Maui as soon as we can! Thanks to Kim and Todd for their hospitality!😊

If I rated this location/host on a scale from 1-10, I would give them a 20! The location and accommodations were spectacular. Our trip was during whale migration and we saw several from the balcony! Our host was very responsive to any questions. We will be back!

Great little condo
This was a great condo with an awesome view of sugar beach. The condo was clean and has everything you'll need for your stay. It was close to everything and with the second floor parking you don't have to bother with the elevator or stairs.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Maui! Kihei was a more laid back location with mainly 5 story condos and homes. Met lots of locals when out for dinner/drinks! The condo was very nice just wish the lanai had some outdoor chairs that you could lay on and take a nap while listening to the sound of the amazing waves :)

Loved Loved Loved our stay at the Sugar Beach Resort Unit. 233!!
All the comforts of home plus a beautiful view! Saw humpback whales every day from the lanai. Enjoyed the convenience of having beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and being right on the beach!!! Owner was very gracious and communicative! We can't wait to return!

A Perfect Place in Maui
This was my first trip to the Island and could not have asked for a better spot! WE just got married and this was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon. Whales can be seen from the second story balcony, the sound of waves can be heard from the couch, walks on the beach are literally steps away, and the sunsets are absolutely breath-taking. The condo itself is fully stocked with everything you need. Even the small things like binoculars, which they provide, make it an even better experience. Kim was very responsive and made herself available if we had any questions or needed recommendations for spots on the island. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Sugar Beach
Kim's Sugar Beach condo is a great place to stay when visiting Maui. Beachfront with a 2nd floor view of the ocean. Convenient 2nd floor parking just a few steps to the front door. The beach out front is almost 3 miles long, offering an easy 6 mile walk each day to see the turtles and watch the waves roll in. Easy to take advantage of the canoe clubs that are just down the beach. Just a short drive to kihei or kahului for restaurants, groceries or other activities. Can't wait to return.

Wonderful stay at this newly updated property. Truly a million dollar view from your lanai. Steps from the ocean and beach. This unit was immaculate and clean and had everything you needed and didn't think of. Communication with owners was excellent. Looking forward to a return visit and would not hesitate staying here again.

One Week on Maui
We spent a week at Kim and Todd’s condo, and it did not disappoint. The view and oceanfront location were perfect. We enjoyed breakfast and sunsets on the balcony, long walks on the beach, swimming outside our door, and paddling with the canoe club just a short walk down the beach. The unit is clean, well positioned in the complex for privacy, well decorated, and has all the amenities you could ask for. All of the little “extra” offerings like shampoo, kitchen goods and beach equipment were certainly appreciated and make it easy to just check in and get your vacation started. All of the photos on the site are accurate, so if you like what you see do not hesitate to book!

Amazing Beachfront Property
Overall this is an amazing beachfront unit with turtles and whales swimming right off the shore, I highly recommend! Great location right in the middle of everything you want to do on the island and the host is extremely responsive and communicates better than any owner I’ve talked to. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The only small hiccups were the shower/bathroom cleanliness and the only couch to sit on was on it’s last leg, not a huge deal because we were gone 90% of the time. Still highly recommend as it’s better than most places we have stayed!

We really enjoyed staying at this unit. We definitely choose this unit again. Unfortunately, there are two issues not related to this unit. One is a neighbor who is smoking cigarette at lanai. Both of us won’t smoke so we were uncomfortable a few times at lanai. The other is huge noise from renovation work somewhere upstairs or next doors. They do only daytime but the noise was extremely high and we couldn’t take a napping. Both are NOT related to this unit and I hope both will be gone at our next stay.

My family and I live in Anchorage Alaska and while we love the beauty of Alaska the winters are long. We always looked forward to our bi-yearly trips to Maui. After many trips to South Kihei we finally found our paradise in North Kihei and Sugar Beach Resort.

Why they chose this property

After years of being on the other side of the street in South Kihei we found Sugar Beach Resort and loved the idea of staying right on the beach. The Ocean calls to you and you just want to be as close as you can be. The idea of being in your own home looking out the glass sliding doors and seeing the magnificent ocean is priceless.

What makes this property unique

Most people travel to Maui for it's beauty and Sugar Beach Resort does not let you down. The landscapers keep the property immaculate and being on Maui right on the beach in a condo that is Oceanfront is a dream.
