A Spa pass can be purchased for a full day at JW Spa and all access to restaurants and bars is available with or without pass. Enjoy a lunch and cocktails at Kanes Beach Bar or Quinns located steps away from our property. They also have sports bar, bowling alleys, and a mountain of other forms of entertainment at Alley 10k located in their south tower. All walking distance. Our own property offers tennis courts, pickle ball 5/1/25, pool and Fitness room along with a social room and a Guest Suite for a nominal pr. We provide Beach chairs located in a locked pool house next to BBQ grills (natural gas) with outdoor eating area. All next to pool and tennis courts.
Lower level covered parking spot is accessible via elevator or six step staircase.
This property is walkable to all the island has to offer. Restaurants, theaters and mini golf are all a short walk. This is our family unit and is prepped and kept as such. Always clean and tidy. We do not have a large turnover for good reason. We minimize the rental activity on purpose. Also, our HOA only allows One rental per month. Only 12 per year! We limit it even more. I am sure this will provide you with exactly what you’re looking for! Thank you for the interest!
