Terrible Experience - Do Not Book This Property

Our stay at this property was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was a disaster. It took over an hour to get the door code just to enter the house, despite it being late at night and us traveling with three young children (7, 4, and 8 months old).Once inside, the condition of the house was appalling. It was dirty, with broken grout tiles in the bathrooms, a broken air vent dangerously located beside the guest toilet (where a child’s foot could easily fall through), and mud smeared on the bathroom wall near the light fixture. To make matters worse, the breakers in the house kept tripping throughout the night, accompanied by unsettling noises from the breaker box. We had to constantly reset them, and when I messaged the host about it, they didn’t respond until the next morning—hours later. Their only response was to ask if we "figured it out," offering no real help or solution. The second night was the final straw. We returned to find the house at an unbearable 46F. With three children, we had no choice but to leave in the middle of the night to find a hotel. When I informed the host, they casually mentioned they would send someone out the next day to evaluate the situation which was our check out day anyway —no apology, no accommodations, and no urgency whatsoever. This property is unsafe, poorly maintained, and the host’s complete lack of care or responsibility made the experience even worse. I would never stay here again, nor woul
