This stunning La Quinta estate is a private compound set on a 3/4-acre lot surrounded by mountains and palm trees. The property includes a 3,574 sq. ft. main house with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a full wet bar, and an open office. There is also an 800 sq. ft. casita with an en suite bathroom, similar to a guest house, separated from the main house by a greenbelt and rose garden with a private lawn seating area. The casita’s entrance features a large covered porch with a cozy sitting area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

Casa Blanca is beautifully furnished and ideal for any occasion, offering a relaxed and elegant setting for both indoor and outdoor entertaining. The open floor plan and spacious layout make it perfect for family reunions, golf getaways, or a retreat with friends.

The amazing backyard includes an oversized putting green, a pool with a raised spa, an outdoor fireplace, a fire table, and a built-in BBQ. Please note: The 1-bedroom casita is only available for groups of 7 to 8 guests. If your group has fewer than 7 people but you wish to use the casita, there is an additional charge of $100 per night, plus tax. Please notify us during the reservation process if you’d like to add the casita, and we’ll send a payment request through VRBO. You can also request the casita later by emailing us at least 7 days before arrival. We do not rent the casita to others when the main house is booked by a group of up to 6 guests.
