The apartment features cool tiled flooring throughout, creating a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Air conditioning units in both the living room and bedroom ensure you stay cool during your stay, while the natural trade winds provide gentle cross breezes when the windows are open. The living room includes a large-screen Smart TV with streaming apps for your subscriptions, perfect for relaxing after a day of island adventures. The space comfortably accommodates up to three guests, with a sofa bed available in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

The well-appointed kitchen offers everything you need to cook with ease, including sleek countertops, a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a full array of utensils, cookware, plates, and glassware. Whether you're preparing a light breakfast or a full meal, this kitchen has you covered.

The bedroom features a plush King-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads, providing a refreshing start or end to your day.

Step outside to your large private patio, where you can unwind while enjoying the stunning West-facing views of sunset skies and glimpses of the ocean, just beyond the residences across the street. The East-West orientation of the apartment allows for lovely cross breezes when the trade winds are blowing, but you can also rely on the ceiling fans and air conditioning for added comfort.

Laundry facilities are conveniently located onsite, with washers and dryers available for guest use. The building itself is ideally situated, offering a superb location just steps from the gorgeous beaches along the residential street. A variety of shopping, dining, and water activities are all within easy walking distance, allowing you to experience the best of Maui without needing to venture far.

Parking is free on the residential street directly in front of the building, though please note that the parking spaces in the rear are reserved. We kindly ask guests to avoid driving up the driveway during quiet hours (9pm-8am) to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all residents.

The property is regularly maintained, with landscaping services and quarterly pest control treatments scheduled to keep the grounds in top shape. As part of our commitment to sustainability, the building is equipped with solar panels to generate renewable energy. We encourage guests to conserve electricity whenever possible and request that air conditioning units be turned off when not in use.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
