2. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Please note that only 1 garage bay is accessible, with 2 additional parking spots in the short driveway in front of both garages. If you have a large truck or SUV, be aware that the fit may be tight. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The property is in a very high snow load area, 4WD is highly recommended.
4. The home across the street is currently under construction for Summer/ Fall 2024. Some noise and nuisance is possible. Please inquire for details.
5. Internet access in Alpine Meadows is known to be slow compared to urban standards. Refunds will not be issued for internet service interruptions.
6. Stair Access: Guests should note there are several dozen steps from the driveway to reach the main floor.
7. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
