The Space:
Come visit and stay in this wonderful 3 bedroom condo about 1/3 of a mile from the base area of the mountain. If you already have your lift ticket for the day, walk to the Westwall lift which is just a 5 minute walk away or ride the free shuttle which will take you the short distance to the base area.

This condo is very roomy and has a great layout. On the first floor, you will find the living, dining, kitchen, powder room and guest room with a queen bed and its own bathroom. Expansive views down valley, proximity to the ski area, and with the communal hot tub steps from the front door are just a few of the added bonuses this condo offers. On the 2nd floor, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a king size bed (primary suite) and one with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins).  Each bedroom on both floors has an ensuite bathroom. Due to new code, the fireplace which you will see in photos is not operable.

This condo is very tastefully furnished and is a wonderful place to relax after a long day playing in the mountains. There is a large outside hot tub as part of the complex to kick up your heals and soak. It's just a matter of a few steps outside your door. There is a private outdoor deck area off of the living room. There is one operable smart TV in the property which is located in the living room. There is cable and the ability to log into your own streaming apps.

Please note that the hot tub is open year round.

No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.  There are 2 undesignated parking spaces for this condo.  They are all within the Mountain Edge parking lot which is right next to the bldg.

The condo is on a free shuttle route to the base area which runs once an hour.  You can also easily walk up the road to an easement that allows access to the Peachtree or Westwall Lift.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind.

Guest Access:
Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.

The Neighborhood:
Mountain Edge is located next to Black Bear Lodge. The shuttle stops right out front of the complex.

Getting Around:
Best to have a car.
