Property is in disrepair

We chose this location because it had an elevator for our son who is in a wheelchair, also the basketball hoop, pool, and playground.The elevator was in disrepair - it could not be called to the floor, you had to go find it, hold the button in the elevator, and ride it to the right floor to get the person that needed it. We only knew how to use the workaround because another guest was kind enough to help. Basketball hoop only had a pole - no backboard or rim. Building location.was good but needed a lot of maintenance and repairs.Vacasa was helpful and talked to the building manager, but since vacasa doesn’t maintain the building, there was nothing they could do.

Great location

The place was very convenient to all the local amenities. We eere on a fishing trip and it was a quick ride to the marina. Very nice and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again in the near future.
