This 950-square foot, 2Bed/2Bath condo is the perfect place for your Branson getaway! Located in the Pointe Royale Resort, this condo has everything you need, including an UNBEATABLE location! The condo itself is in building NEXT to the clubhouse and pool! The development is just minutes from the "Branson Strip", the Showboat Branson Belle, Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City (only 8 miles away!) and Big Cedar Lodge.

The Space:
*Book two nights and receive 3rd night free (free night will be equal to or lessor depending on which is less). Inquire with host before booking to receive this special! Excludes dates of 11/23/24-12/1/24 and 12/21/24-1/2/25. Typically weekend nights are more expensive and won't be given as free nights. Once inside the condo, you'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to make cooking for your group easy! All cookware, silverware and dinnerware are provided. The dining table seats four, with additional seating outside on the covered balcony. From the living room, you'll be able to watch a movie or favorite Netflix show on the Smart TV. The vaulted ceilings make the living room extra spacious. The pull-out couch can accommodate two additional people for sleeping. Enjoy a glass of wine or coffee from the balcony overlooking the Pointe Royale Golf Course. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and attached full bathroom with deck access and Smart TV. Second bedroom has a king bed and also Smart TV. Pointe Royale Resort has plenty to do as well! Enjoy a round of golf at the 18-hole course. Cool off on a hot day in the HUGE swimming pool. For cooler nights, there is an indoor pool and hot tub. After working up an appetite in the fitness center and tennis courts, enjoy a bite to eat at the clubhouse restaurant! Condo features: Fully-equipped kitchen, 2 flat-screen Smart TVs, furnished deck, in-unit laundry machines and open parking.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo to themselves. Guests also have access to all of the amenities of Pointe Royale.

The Neighborhood:
Nothing beats Branson for your next family fun vacation! Rent a boat and enjoy a day on Table Rock Lake. Ride some roller coasters at Silver Dollar City. Take in some great shopping at the Branson Landing and Tanger Factory Outlets. Check out the sites at Big Cedar Lodge. Ride go-carts, ferris wheels and mountain coasters on the Strip. If you're not tired after all of that, take in one of Branson's many shows! You won't have a shortage of fun things to do when you visit Branson!

Please inquire with host for alternative neighboring parking options. ***If you're looking to book this condo in order to have a party, please do NOT. We do not hesitate to call local authorities or assess additional cleaning fees for party clean-up. Should you be asked to leave in the middle of your stay due to violation of house rules, no refunds will be given. ***Pets welcome; however certain aggressive breeds not allowed. ***Minimum age to rent is 21 years old. ***Quiet Hours 10PM-8AM
