Why they chose this property

I guess you could say this neighborhood chose me!! I grew up here and an opportunity presented itself. I love being close to the theme park & water park as well as the stadiums, usf and so much more!! Tampa is an awesome town with so much to offer.

What makes this property unique

I think the fact that my home is in the heart of old tampa it gives that true tampa Florida experience. I have put a homey touch as well making sure to offer games, toys and books to keep the kiddos busy!
