• Spacious 1,609 ft² ( m²) of living space.
• Oceanfront with Eastern exposure
• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.
• Entertainment amenities include Smart TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.
GUEST ACCESS:
• Every reservation made within 10 days prior to check-in, will NOT benefit from the resort amenities.
The following amenities are paid and optional at a rate of $87.85 per person per day plus $60 per day administrative fee. A registration form needs to be filled out and returned 10 days prior to arrival. This is charged directly by the hotel to the card provided in the form.

• Health and fitness classes
• Unlimited access to beach chairs and towels
• Access to four luxurious pools
While the initial impression may suggest an increased expenditure for your stay, the actuality is a prudent financial decision. Our nightly rate stands notably lower than that of the hotel, ensuring tangible savings. You are empowered with the flexibility to tailor your experience by selecting to use preferred amenities and specifying the days of their inclusion—a privilege not extended in direct bookings with the hotel.
GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premise to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
GETTING AROUND:
Transportation options include walking, biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Valet parking is available at $20 for the day and $40 per night.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $250 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean of $225 plus tax, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. Additional funds will be requested after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
