+ Entertain guests of all ages in the large game room with a regulation-size billiards table, foosball, 55” smart TV with hookups for other devices, and a futon for extra sleeping space. The young children's play area is a bonus in this family-friendly home.
+ The kids will love the outdoor playground set.
+ The fire pit area is popular. Building fire is only allowed when the ground is COVERED
with snow (legal requirement in and around Park City),

+ During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, snow tires and carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement in and around Park City)
+ Plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period.
+ A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well.
