This charming one-bedroom, one-bath second-floor condo offers a convenient and comfortable base for your stay in Kihei. Located just a two-minute walk from one of South Maui's best beaches, Charley Young Beach, this cozy retreat can accommodate up to three guests, making it an ideal spot for couples, small families, or solo travelers.

The 500-square-foot condo includes a spacious living area with cool tiled flooring, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The living room features a comfortable couch that converts into a pull-out bed to accommodate a third guest. You'll also enjoy the large Smart TV with streaming apps and free Wi-Fi to stay connected. For your comfort, air conditioning units are installed in both the living room and bedroom, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, from a full-size refrigerator, stove, and oven to a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Granite countertops and solid cabinetry add a modern touch to the space, while a wide array of kitchen utensils, cookware, and dishes ensure you have everything at your fingertips for a home-cooked meal.

In the bedroom, you'll find a King-size bed for a restful night's sleep. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower, providing a refreshing start or end to your day.

One of the highlights of this condo is the large, covered private lanai. Facing west, it offers stunning sunset views with glimpses of the ocean, located just across the street. The east-west orientation of the apartment allows refreshing cross breezes to flow through when the windows and doors are open, although ceiling fans and air conditioning can also keep the space cool and comfortable.

For your beach outings, we've provided two beach chairs and a small cooler, so you can easily enjoy your time by the ocean. Additionally, the building offers an onsite laundry room with washers and dryers for your convenience.

Lihikai Beach Properties is a quaint, two-story building with only eight units, offering a peaceful, residential feel compared to larger condo complexes. Its prime location provides easy access to the gorgeous beaches just steps away, and you're within walking distance of a variety of shopping, dining, and water activities, making it easy to enjoy all that Kihei has to offer.

Free parking is available on the residential street directly in front of the building, though the parking spots at the rear are reserved.

Lihikai Beach Properties #6 combines comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location, ensuring a memorable stay in beautiful Maui.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
