Weekend stay with family was great
House was very clean and nice. Nice new back deck and fenced in yard. Mostly pros for this home. The only con was that the bathrooms were quite small, but at least there were two bathrooms. The added bonus was there is a garage that fit an SUV in so when we got there late, we didn't have to unpack everything. We just put SUV in the garage until morning. The living room TV didn't work but Gregory came over quickly and replaced the batteries in one of the remotes and we were able to use it that evening. I'm a germaphobe so just a heads up, the directions say that the renters are to clean dishes and put away before they leave. We cleaned the dishes we were going to use before we used them because I don't trust renters to be very focused, especially when trying to get on the road in the morning after coffee. Anyway, just wanted to throw that in there, but it wasn't like they were dirty, I'm just a germ freak. Neighborhood was decent but the neighbor does not like their house as much as the owners of this house does! Otherwise, it is a decent area. We enjoyed our stay, easy access to 213 which was our main route all around Huntsville. We would definitely stay at this house again if the opportunity arises.
