This beautiful Modern Flat accommodates up to 5 guests, perfect for a family vacation.
Welcome to your cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom rental unit in the beautiful La Jolla Shores area. This lovely apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing living space that is perfect for anyone seeking a tranquil and enjoyable stay in this desirable beach community.
As you enter the unit, you will immediately notice the warm and inviting atmosphere created by the tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. The living room is furnished with plush sofas and chairs, creating a comfortable space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring La Jolla's attractions. There is also a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. The dining area features a dining table with seating for four, where you can enjoy your meals with family or friends.
The unit features two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable beds , and ample closet space to store your belongings. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, with a shower and plenty of towels provided for your convenience. The living area features a leather sofa , LED smart TV, dining table and chairs and sliding doors open to a charming patio with outdoor furniture.
Master bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed, a lounge chair, closet with mirror glass doors and ceiling fan. The second room has two twin size beds and a ceiling fan. Laundry includes washer and dryer and it is in the unit. BBQ is on the back porch.

This is the spot to stay if you want to enjoy the beach! If you stay anywhere else in La Jolla, you have to fight the traffic and congestion to get here and then parking problem.
Stay in this home, park your car, you do not need to drive, beach and park with play ground is 3 minutes walk, restaurants, cafes, surf shops are around the corner.
Lifeguards are on-hand daily at La Jolla Shores for swimmers and surfers to safely enjoy the surf. It’s tops for picnicking, sunbathing, playing in the water, and people watching. The beach is in front of Kellogg Park which has two grassy areas for picnics that are separated by a large parking lot. Even though the beach is large and so is the parking lot, they both can fill up on sunny days. Rentals are available at the beach and on Avenida de la Playa where you’ll also find a market and restaurants.
