The trash in the backyard, which wasn’t in the bin, included old pet droppings, lawn mower-shredded aluminum beverage cans, broken bottles and their tops, phallic confetti, cigarette lighters, and more. We also found urine-stained carpets with the accompanying odor in the bedrooms. Although the agency eventually sent in a carpet cleaner and (partially) emptied the trash bin, none of the other issues were addressed except by us. We also found, for a property that slept 10, only three complete sets of flatware, three glasses, and a Keurig with “Descale” flashing. Overall, it was a major disappointment. It no longer sleeps 10 as a broken-down sofa and an armchair have replaced the sleeper sectional shown in the photos. There were other issues with the hot tub and HVAC, as well as a frustrating lack of prompt responses. None of this was overly surprising once I learned that the agency is not local to Columbus. Therefore, there is almost no oversight of lawn care, housekeeping, or the property's inventory of household goods. Caveat emptor!
