Whether you're planning to spend your days golfing or touring Disney World, you'll come home a private pool and spa, an oversize pool deck where you can soak in the sunshine, and plentiful space for relaxation (including seven en suite bedrooms, a Star Wars-themed bedroom, and a Harry Potter-themed bedroom).

Enjoy access to the beautiful aquatic center at the resort clubhouse a few minutes away, as well as a private in-home sports lounge with a pool table and wet bar, your very own theater room with a projection screen, and a fantastically equipped game room with air hockey, foosball, Ping-Pong, an arcade machine, and four TVs - each with its own gaming console.

Disney World - along with Epcot, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon - is 12 miles northeast, SeaWorld Orlando is 17 miles northeast, and Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are 22 miles northeast.

There are 5 bedrooms downstairs and 9 bedrooms upstairs. Room 1, 2, and 3 have private bathrooms. Room 4 would use the bathroom in the hall. Room 5 would use the bathroom in hall.

Upstairs rooms with a private bathroom are 6 and 10. Room 7 would use the hall bathroom.

Upstairs rooms that share a hall bathroom is 8 & 9 (Star Wars bunk room and Harry Potter room), and 11 &12. Rooms 13 and 14 are a Jack and Jill bathroom.

They are all King-sized beds except Rooms 8 & 9. Room 8 has 2 twin over full bunk beds and Room 9 has 1 full and 1 twin bed.

Parking notes: Parking pass will be printed for guests at the gate. This pass must be placed on your dashboard. Parking spaces available in driveway. Street parking allowed in marked spaces only. Vehicles parked outside the lines of the marked space will be towed. Parking in the pool area is not to be used for overnight parking. At Solterra, guests can have up to 5 cars, they just need to make sure that the gate issues them passes (main res holder can get them). Two car driveway, but for this particular house, there are designated parking spots right across the street. Super convenient! Again, they can only have up to 5 vehicles.

Solterra is a gated resort style community in Central Florida near Disney and all the Orlando area attractions. It has its own world class recreation center featuring a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, water slide, Cafe Sol poolside restaurant and a lazy river.

The Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

The primary person will need to provide:

Their reservation information which shows:
The rental property address.
Check in and check out date.
Number of guests.
Identification that matches the reservation name.
License plate information for the primary vehicle.

The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Facts about pool/spa warming. It takes up to 24 hours for pool to reach set temperature. Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 83-85 Fahrenheit. Pools and spas keep the same temperature as water circulates between them. Pool systems are set on timers, so they run from morning to afternoon/evening. Therefore, it will be some cooling of during nighttime when temperature drops. AVD is not responsible for any refunds on freezing winter days (50s and 60s outside temps) which causes lower than normal pool temperatures. Guests are not allowed to tamper with any pool equipment during their stay, this must be handled by a licensed pool professional.
