Clearwater Beach 3 Bedroom Waterfront Luxury Townhome


Luxury, waterfront townhome with private elevator and three car garage. Tastefully decorated, over 2,200 sq ft, three full bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Master suite has large jetted tub and king size bed. The two other bedrooms have queen beds. Granite countertops, volume ceilings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living area. Enjoy relaxing on the patio off the ground floor or balcony off the living room.

There are only six units to the building that share the pool.

**We are pet friendly, but ask that your pet is under 15-20 pounds with our discretion. Please contact us prior to booking to ensure your pet meets the guidelines.

This property is located in the mist of Clearwater Beach with only a 15 minute walk to Pier 60. You can fish off the dock, swim in the pool or it's just a short walk (approximately a block and a half), to the beach. Close to restaurants, lots of entertainment and marina.

Great way to visit Clearwater Beach

The property was great. All you needed for a stay. Pool looked great but wasn't good enough weather to use . Walking distance to pretty much the whole island. Beds were comfortable. Parking was good but definitely needed to get passengers out first due to columns. The dock was still in need of repair due to hurricane but not that much of a big deal. Had a great time

Perfect for three couples!!!

It was a fantastic condo close to the beach and within a 5 minute walk to restaurants and stores. The view of the inlet was perfect and quite relaxing. We had a small issue, and the property manager and owner jumped right on it. Great communicators! Each bedroom had its own full bath, and the built-in elevator sure did help with heavy luggage. Great floor plan, and nice appliances. Highly recommend!

Amazing family vacation.

The location of this place is awesome, it is close to the beach and all the restaurants. The house has a waterfront with a nice view making it a perfect fishing spot, the pool was very nice and clean. We saw lots of dolphins and manatees, an unforgettable vacation for the whole family.

This is about a 1/2 mile walk to the public beach access, but is right on the harbor(beautiful view). Close to stores and places to eat. The elevator was a huge help packing for the beach(you need to bring a wagon) and fun for the toddlers. Great set up, especially families with young kids! The property manager was excellent responding and sending courtesy reminders. I would recommend staying here.

This was a beautiful place to stay with lots of room. It was also great to be able to walk to a lot of place. We were in town for a beach volleyball tournament over Thanksgiving at Sand Key Park. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was great!

We had a wonderful time! Definitely would recommend and would love to stay here again. So much open space, amenities were great also. Perfect Beach Getaway~

The booking process was very efficient and we loved the location of the condo. We came into town for the Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival and loved being able to walk to the event. The condo is close to many amenities on Clearwater Beach!

Exceptional stay

Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. Would definitely book this again!!!! Property manager also responded very quickly to messages. The only bad thing I can see is we had to leave and come back to gloom and cold Kentucky.

Fantastic family vacation

Dan was very responsive to any questions during our stay. The location was perfect within walking distance to the beach, the pier and lots of restaurants. If you have a boat it provides great access to the Gulf. Just a quick boat ride to some great sites! We will definitely stay again.

The view from the balcony overlooking the inlet is beautiful. There were dolphins almost every morning. This property is far enough away from all the busy night life but close enough to walk to the restaurants, beach and night life.

Great Location, Nice Condo

The condo was beautiful, clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time, and the location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and beach, yet a little distance from the main hustle and bustle so not too noisy/crowded. Definitely worth it!
