Niagara Acres is a ranch style home sitting on 10 acres in the heart of Niagara on the Lake just minutes from downtown Queen street. It is the perfect spot to spend your vacation with family friends or that special someone.

The cottage features a kitchen, living room and dining room, deck with bbq and two bedrooms each with a queen size bed.

Everything is just minutes away and easy to get to. Please don't hesitate to inquire...we would love to hear from you!

For those of you searching for a place to host your wedding we are currently transitioning to also offer weddings. Both the ceremony and reception. This would be a tent type venue. Please inquire if interested.

Lovely excellent location perfectly situated. The area website is exactly as the property appears..

There was a bottle of wine, waiting for us when we arrived. The house was spotless. I would gladly stay here again, visiting Niagara on the lake. We were able to bike all through the region right from our house.

Super quiet and comfortable

The property location is surrounded by orchards and vineyards on a dead end road. Way away from traffic and few lights. I have never slept better in a rental. Joab even left us a bottle of wine from one of the better local wineries to welcome us.

Awesome, spacious rental

Loved the cool vibe ranch style home. Easy check in and out!! All updated, spacious and clean. The location couldn’t have been better for the vineyards and the wedding venue that we came in for. Cheers!

Perfect location

This home is minutes away from downtown NOTL. It is clean, very comfortable bedding, and Joab is quick with responses to any questions you may have. Side note…. The fee that all homes charge for cleaning, well you simply walk away from this house. They clean. There no stripping beds and all of the other rules that vrbo rentals have. This put this property over the top for me. And as a bonus there is a bottle of wine waiting for you when you arrive. If I get back to the area, I will be staying here.

Weekend for two

Short drive to Old Town. Located in a quiet farming area. Outside needs some TLC. Inside is nice. Huge shower with 3 heads. Beds were comfortable. Overall good place. And Joab was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine from a local winery.

Perfect Get Away

Fantastic spaces, complete with interesting art. Immaculately clean, and well-stocked with a few essentials. The location cannot be improved upon, a short drive from vineyards, Niagara On The Lake, the Falls, and all sorts of parks. Our host was exceptionally coooperative and helpful to deal with. I would definitely rent this place again!

Great place to stay.

Beds and furniture very comfortable. Beautiful view out into the orchard. Bathroom is large which is great for a couple. Kitchen a bit dated would be my only criticism. Host was great at communicating and left a very nice bottle of wine for us which was very much appreciated. It’s also very close to NOTL.

Comfortable house

The house was clean, attractively decorated, and spacious. The location was excellent - a short drive to wineries and theatres - and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was responsive to questions. One inconvenience: There were no hooks or racks for towels in the bathroom. We hung our wet bath towels on the deck railing.

Close To Everything Yet Feel Far From It

If you want to get away from it all and still be close to it all, this is the place! Quiet and comfortable in a peach orchards neighborhood. Perfect stay for a wedding we attended in wine country. Would come back and enjoy again.

Quiet getaway

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute drive from Old Town Niagara on the lake. We were provided with everything we needed for our stayand our host even left us a nice bottle of wine on our arrival!

Wine country

Visited many wonderful winery’s. The entire area was beautiful the flowers are so vibrant. Enjoyed every minute of our time at Niagra on the lake. Will definitely be back. The house was perfect for our short stay.

NOTL Getaway

Lovely, quiet little spot close to many wineries. Nice amenities and the owner was super easy to communicate with. He also gifted us a bottle of wine from a nearby winery as we were in NOTL celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary. Upon booking we thought the cleaning fee was a bit expensive, but this place is much better than staying at a hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and Serene

The place was in a very quiet and serene setting. Only a 5 minute drive from the center of Niagara on the Lake. Clean and comfortable accommodation. The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive. It was our Wedding Anniversary and he even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy.

Wonderful Property!

This bungalow was absolutely wonderful! Very large kitchen, fully equipped with everything that I needed :) Bedroom’s beautifully decorated, lots of extra pillows, lots of towels, great washroom (3 shower heads in the shower!). BBQ worked well (lighter provided), backyard perfect and situated on an orchard (I think?!). Property was EXACTLY what I was looking for - it was on a quiet road in the country (I wasn’t looking to stay in Niagara Falls proper). Super comfortable furniture, comfortable beds…just a great living space all on one level (I have difficulty with stairs). It was extreme accommodating and only 20mins away from the Falls for AT LEAST 1/2 the price (for 5 nights). I had everything I needed for my creature comforts with so much more room (than having to be cramped into a hotel room). Would highly recommend for a couple or small family to stay here - great kitchen, dining and living space for all 😊. This was my first VRBO experience and Joab (host) made it a great one! Thank you Joab 🙏
