Easy access to bay and ocean beaches; equally convenient to Southampton Village, Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton. The address alllows for Southampton town beach access (includes Long Beach and Towd beach just a couple miles away).

Renovations include: chef’s kitchen with high end appliances such as Wolf and Subzero, Bosch, N'espresso, gorgeous bathrooms and flat screen TVs in living room and all bedrooms.

Great set-up for guests, the 4th bedroom studio situated in a "guest wing" with private entrance and bath. Great for entertaining. Renovated basement/ playroom with a sectional, tv, and full bath. This luxurious home is nestled on a quiet 2-acre deep flag lot on a beautifully landscaped setting with oversized deck (around 2,500 sf ) and heated salt water pool.

All bedrooms, kitchen and living room open to the large deck/pool area where you will find an 8-person teak dining set, large well maintained grill, two teak seating areas with coffee tables and plenty of teak lounge chairs with sunbrella umbrellas.

We find that there are so many beautiful homes in the Hamptons but few that provide a truly modern beachy aesthetic down to the last details. We strive to create that experience from the moment you walk in so you feel like you’ve been transported!

Why they chose this property

In addition to the sleek yet comfortable design, the house is unique bc it’s very quiet and private on a large (almost) 2-acre lot, has a second master, is all on one floor making it great for older guests and safer for kids, is designed well and fully stocked for outdoor or indoor entertaining. It’s a great set up for a large family with a nanny or having guests. The backyard/pool is area is fully fenced in and if you have kids we can install our pool fence as well.
