Welcome to Sunset Drive Oasis, your peaceful retreat nestled in the famous hills of LA's Silverlake neighborhood. Our bright & airy 2-bedroom unit has an open-concept living area & offers indoor/outdoor living at its finest, with huge windows throughout and a wrap-around deck offering unobstructed views of the surrounding hills. There's a backyard garden with a hammock for quiet serenity that's hard to find in the middle of the bustling city. Enjoy coffee or a cocktail while taking in the view!
Located in one of LA's most sought after neighborhoods, this stunning gem is minutes away from the vibrant energy of Sunset Boulevard's restaurants and shops. Once you are inside this top-floor unit, you feel the peace and serenity of being perched above it all. Our bright and airy living room has endless windows overlooking LA's signature palm trees. The adjoining dining room features a table with seating for 4, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the conveniences and comforts of home. There is a full bathroom in the hallway, featuring a modern, glass-enclosed walk-in shower.
The primary bedroom has a plush Queen-size bed and windows offering serene views of the surrounding hills & greenery. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a window overlooking the back yard.
Our wrap-around deck and backyard garden truly steal the show at this property! The front deck offers a small table and seating for two, perfect for enjoying some wine and taking in one of LA's iconic sunsets. Past the deck, the top-level garden features a 2-person hammock, allowing you to experience full relaxation and serenity right in the heart of LA.
Sunset Drive Oasis is full of modern touches and endless convenience, allowing you to truly experience the multi-faceted whimsy of LA. We hope you enjoy our zen retreat and make it your own personal happy place!
PLEASE NOTE: entry to the unit is by accessed only by an outdoor staircase with approx. 50 stairs, with no ramp.
You’re renting the entire 2nd floor unit and outdoor area. Make yourself at home, as everything is yours to enjoy exclusively! Please note there is a tenant lives in the 1st floor unit, but they do not access your space.
Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Photo ID of primary guest must be submitted prior to checkin.
- Daytime occupancy is 6 people.
- Overnight occupancy is 4 people.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- Enjoy the outdoors of the property, but please keep children from trampling our beautiful landscaping.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS
- Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Any signs of pets on the property will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING
- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur an additional $250 fee.
CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
● $99: 1-29 nights
● $450: 30-59 nights
