Your exciting getaway awaits in the Village of Rio Grande at this unique villa. This charming retreat offers over 5000 sq ft of patio w/small pond/waterfall!
Fantastic location between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing, each approx. a 10 minute fun golf cart ride away (yes, golf cart included). The family pool is either a 3min walk or 40sec cart ride. Chula Vista recreation center is a 3-min ride up the street for all your activities, also where the adult pool is.
The Villages is considered the largest community in the country for golf but there’s more…pickle ball, tennis, beach tennis, archery and billiards are just an example of more activities. There are live bands every night in each town square between 5-9 pm. Restaurants, grocery, and retail stores galore, all conveniently located to the Villa.
Many describe the lifestyle here as an Adult Disneyworld. And if your the more laid back type it is very quiet at the Villa. It’s also a place to kick back and lounge on the patio, by one of the many pools, or take a scenic golf cart ride for hours !!!
We love hosting and have been doing it for couple years now on other sites. We live in a close by neighborhood and take pride in responding to any need you may have!

I love living in the villages, been here for 3 years now. I came from Massachusetts alone and bought this villa which I love and was very happy in.

This villa is unique because of its privacy, its huge patio with small pond/waterfall. Also because of it’s great location between the pools, recreation center, spanish springs town square and lake sumter landing.
