Classic easy access waterfront home with terrazzo floors, beamed vault living room, very comfortable design, bathroom updating and excellent furnishings to make your stay perfect!
You'll enjoy this quiet waterfront neighborhood near the Yacht Club.
Inside discover a well cared for home available to guests only in Florida winter season for monthly and longer stays.
3 bedrooms - two with queen beds, one with twin beds.
2 full baths and 1 half bath. Washer and Dryer
One car garage space available for guests.
WiFi - Smart TV
Cardio exercise equipment, central air, large pool, large spacious pool deck &screened areas for outdoor living and relaxing.
You'll love this one....a refreshing & welcome change from Mediterranean architectural style. Owner reserves limited areas of home closets and kitchen pantry as well as one spot in 2 car garage for owner items. Pool lighting at night includes overhead lights but no light in the pool.

Marco Island City has mostly common sense rules for vacation rentals. Not following these rules can result in big fines which you will be required to pay.
We want you to have a great visit so follow our house rules, avoid the fines and spend that cash on something fun.

Noise
The # 1 complaint on Marco about rental homes is excessive noise after 8pm.
Please limit outdoor noise from 8 pm to 8 am including pool, dock and lanai areas. We suggest you stay inside the house after 8 pm if you plan to listen to music, watch TV, play games, have a rousing conversation with lots of laughter. etc..
IF the police visit the house during your stay, you are too loud. Noise travels across water very easily.
City Fines can be from $250 to $5,000 (five thousand). Plus the host agency has an administrative fine of $100 or more.

Vehicles & Parking
The # 3 complaint on Marco about rental homes is excessive vehicles on the property.
One vehicle per bedroom is the maximum allowed. Some homes may be less depending on the size of the driveway compared to the house.
If the city observes excess vehicles – you may pay a daily fine of $50/vehicle and they can towed away
No part of the parked vehicle can be covering any portion of the sidewalk. Never park overnight in the between sidewalk and street.

Occupancy and number of People
The # 2 complaint on Marco about rental homes is overcrowding.
All homes have a maximum # of people allowed per the fire codes. Infants and children are calculated in this number as one per child.
We may ask you for the names of everyone in your group after you make your reservation. You will need to give us the names prior to checking in and picking up your keys.
Excess people at the property is a violation of your rental agreement and can mean you have to leave.
The host agency may fine you if it does not cancel the rental.

Trash
We have a Trash service that will bring the bins down to the road on garbage and recycle days- Wednesday and Sunday Evenings.
If the cans are inside the garage, please put them out on the driveway.
We may charge you $50 if you don’t’ do this AND the cost to dispose of the trash.
Garbage trucks will be by to pick up the trash on Thursday morning and Monday morning.

House Condition
The house is clean when you arrive. We expect you to leave the house in reasonably clean condition when you leave.
On check out, excessive laundry will be charged to you at $25/ load
The kitchen stove, fridge, cabinets and counters should be free of food. All dishes should be clean on departure.

Loved Old Marco. Wished we could have stayed at property for full stay. Owner did not honor reserv
Great location Nice house Owner not a good host We had two hand towels provided and too few bath towels. Not corrected when property manager informed. Additionally, we were notified 2 weeks prior that owner shortened our stay to accommodate her schedule. This important notice was delivered by an email to a wrong account with no follow up via VRBO app or phone which I checked regularly. This affected our stay as we had to be relocated to a subpar backup property not meeting commensurate accommodations. The spiral staircase in other property took the cake (Bush League). This owner should not rent property if she’s not committed to meeting the expectations of a $460 per night property. In short, stay away from 1249 Mulberry Ct. Find another location that at least has a hand towel for each guest.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay on Marco Island! The home was nice and spacious. Pros - Large house. Great heated pool with some pool toys in the garage. Great location on the island, which is just over the bridge. (You can see a portion of the bridge from the canal deck). In 10 minutes, you can be to almost anywhere on the island, including the beaches! Plenty of beach chairs in the garage. Also a nice, foldable beach cart to get all the equipment to the beach with ease. Plenty of towels (beach and bath) available. Cons - There were really no extras at the house. Like toilet paper, dish soap, paper plates, coffee filters, laundry detergent, etc. Not a huge deal, as we were made aware of this ahead of time, but a lot of other homes we've rented did include some of this stuff, at least to get you by for a couple days. Walmart is only about 15 minutes away though. The home is older and in pretty good condition for its age, but not the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Mind you, we are Dutch, and nobody is cleaner than Dutch people! 😆 So our definition of "not the cleanest" is probably somewhat different than others. Don't let this hold you back. The shade trees along the pool and canal area... This would be our biggest con. We escaped cold Michigan for the sun of Florida. While there was plenty of sun outside, the trees that line the outside of the lanai really block out the sun. When we booked, we made sure it was a south facing pool because of the sun in the southern sky in the winter. We didn't look close enough at the pictures that do show the line of trees. While you can get some sun in a corner of the lanai for a couple hours in the afternoon, plan on it being mostly shaded. We brought chairs out to the dock on the canal to soak up the rays while we were at the home. If you like to have an option to escape the sun or enjoy extra privacy, this place is for you. If you would like to use the pool under the bright Florida sunshine, you have an hour or so per day. Otherwise, you'll be in the shade. I know everyone has a different view on sun and shade, and none are wrong. I just wish I would've read a review that mentioned this. That's why I'm bringing it up. Overall, we really enjoyed our time on the island.

Marco rental
Nice home Bathrooms were not clean NO arrival, stay or check out instructions for the home. We drove to the rental company to inquire, the woman that we spoke with was so rude and no help. Could not believe it, we took the time to drive over to the rental company to find out how to take care of the home the way the owners would want and we were treated so poorly
