Slopeside Serenity: Hot Tub, Fireplace, Mountain Views—Walk or Shuttle to Lift
You’ll love our condo because of its cozy ambiance, fantastic location, and breathtaking views! Whether you’re coming for the adventure or to relax, this condo is the perfect home base for your Crested Butte experience. Ideal for up to 4 adults and children (max 6 guests). If you plan on having 5+ adults, please contact us beforehand—additional fees apply. We have been hosting for 8 years, reference other hosting site to read our five star reviews.
🏠 The Space: This 900 sq ft mountain retreat is designed with your comfort in mind. Featuring a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom with a SLIDING/FOLDING WALL (see photos) that can be adjusted for privacy or left open to enjoy extra views.
Even with the wall closed, the Queen bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom and access to the balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, ensuring restful sleep. The living room offers a Queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for added comfort.
There are NO STAIRS to climb—though on the 3rd floor, the entrance is located on the main level for easy access. Step out onto your private deck and soak in the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee, or relax in the shaded comfort during the afternoon—ideal for Après.
🏂 Prime Location: Our condo is just a short walk to the West Wall lift, making your mountain adventures effortless. Prefer not to walk? Take advantage of the Free shuttle, which stops right in front of the parking lot—easy access to all the amazing things Crested Butte has to offer!
🛁 Relaxation Awaits: After a long day of exploring, unwind in the complex-wide hot tub, which boasts some of the best views around. The hot tub is conveniently located on the same floor as our condo and is available from 10 AM to 10 PM. There’s also a shared grill—perfect for cooking up a meal while taking in the incredible mountain scenery.

We love spending time outdoors with our two dogs, exploring all the adventures the area has to offer. In the winter, you’ll find us snowboarding and cross-country skiing, while in the warmer months we enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and backpacking through the stunning landscapes.
Beyond outdoor activities, I have a passion for cooking, gardening, and, of course, champagne! One of the things I love most about our condo is its perfect location on the mountain, facing the ski resort. Whether it's winter and you're watching skiers glide down the slopes, or summer with mountain bikers hitting the trails, the view is always exciting and full of life. Yet, we're tucked just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the resort itself.
If you're ready to hit the slopes, it's a quick block walk to the West Wall lift, where you can ski down to the main lift area. And for those who prefer a more leisurely start, the free shuttle stops right in front of our parking lot, whisking you to the lifts or into the charming town of Crested Butte, just a few minutes away.

We also have front-row seats to the spectacular fireworks displays during the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve. While many people gather in our parking lot to catch a glimpse of the show, you can enjoy the festivities from the privacy of your own balcony!
