Welcome to "Jurassic Shark" at the newly built Beachway Community! This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features an open floor plan with coastal furnishings, a private pool, and a rooftop deck with views of Port A. It sets a perfect relaxed and airy ambiance, making it the ideal vacation home.

The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed and a television. The third bedroom is spacious, with a king-sized bed and a full bed with a wall dividing the two beds. There is a private balcony and ensuite bathroom in the third bedroom.
A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the 2nd floor for easy access on laundry days.
