- Amenities, such as hot tub, may be unavailable during maintenance periods.
- Home is not 420 friendly/No drugs of any kind on premises (includes all indoor & outdoor spaces). Guests will be ask to leave if event/party happens w/no refund for violation of house rules.
- Smoking, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and vapes, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests are requested to smoke outdoors, maintaining a distance of at least 10 feet from any doors or widows of the home.
- Minimum age to rent is 25. Photo ID Age Verification & Rental Agreement required for all reservations.
- Cameras on property are for security purposes & not surveillance.
- Please note that this home is not wheelchair accessible. Access to the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms involves navigating 7-8 stairs.
