Downtown Palm Springs is a 2.8 mile drive from our home. The home is located in the neighborhood Desert Highland Gateway Estates in Palm Springs, California.
The area is known for its scenic desert landscapes and its proximity to Palm Springs' downtown area, offering residents easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. It is part of the larger Coachella Valley area, which is known for its golf courses, hot springs, and outdoor recreational opportunities, including hiking and horseback riding.
The neighborhood is going through redevelopment and retains a culturally diverse community today. Our neighbors are all very friendly

1. Car Rentals: Renting a car is often the most convenient way to get around Palm Springs, especially for visiting places outside of the city like Joshua Tree National Park or other parts of Coachella Valley.
2. Rideshares/Taxis: Companies like Uber and Lyft operate in Palm Springs, as do traditional taxi services. These are useful for quick trips around town if you prefer not to drive.
3. Bicycles: Palm Springs is a bike-friendly city with many designated bike lanes and routes. You can rent a bike to explore the city at your own pace.
4. Public Transportation: The SunLine Transit Agency operates the public bus service in Palm Springs, with routes connecting various parts of the city. However, buses might not be as convenient for some tourists due to limited hours and frequency.
5. Walking: If you're staying downtown, many attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. Walking can be pleasant during the cooler months, but remember that Palm Springs can get very hot, especially in the summer.

• We are pet friendly at a fee of $75 per pet, per stay.
• Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.

Bachelorette Parties
• Given the design of our home, it is a popular choice for bachelorette celebrations. In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. If you're booking for a bachelorette party and require assistance with these services, please inform us upon booking!
Pool heater
• The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.
Desert living
• This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert, so it's natural for sand to be around. On windy days, some sand and leaves may blow into the pool. While our pool cleaners do their best to keep it clear, there may occasionally be some debris in the water. We provide skimmers for your convenience if you'd like to remove any leaves or sand yourself.

• Loud music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
• Renters and their guests should park in the garage, driveway or directly in front of the property to avoid ticketing. Max 4 cars
• Per the city rules, we are able to accommodate 6 overnight guests over 13 years old and 2 overnight guests 12-years-old and younger for a total of 8 guests.
• Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m
• All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints. Dogs are not permitted in pool
• Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both
• Smoking is not allowed inside, this includes the use of cigarettes, vape and weed. Fines apply
