Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Person booking must be at least 24 years old and have a government issued photo ID on file with the booking platform.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY

PET RULES:
Host must approve pets in advance -
• Dogs must be leashed on property
Pets are never allowed on furniture or beds
• Pick up after dog
• Dogs are never to be left at the home unattended

POOL RULES:
IF YOU NEED TO HEAT THE POOL, PLEASE COMMUNICATE IN ADVANCE - THERE IS A $80/DAY FEE
• Shower before entering the pool
• No animals in the pool
• No food or glassware in or around pool
• No running, jumping or diving
• Children must wear swim diapers, if not potty-trained
• Swim at your own risk
• Please do not manipulate the pool equipment

There are 2 security cameras - one on the front looking at the driveway and the other in the rear, monitoring the stairs.
