Cozy & Clean

We came into town for a couple nights to attend a concert and only needed basic amenities but the condo was as more than what we expected. It was very roomy, clean and comfortably decorated with cozy bedding and linens. We enjoyed the Ninja coffee maker and balcony but did not have time to visit the pool area. Close to the strip and within walking distance to the Palms (buffet was good) and to a few fast food restaurants, but we mostly used Uber to get around because Valley View Blvd has a major interchange nearby that makes walking straight through difficult. Overall, the condo was perfect for our visit and the owner was super helpful and considerate.

Perfect for a family trip!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and had grandparents, aunts etc. it was great to stay somewhere off the strip and away from the craziness but still only be a 5 minute drive to our convention center. The condo itself was nice. Some small things like minimal lighting, and a few. Broken household items but other than that, this worked perfect for us.

came in for family wedding and was absolutely an amazing stay, close to the strip but yet not in the thick of all the noise and traffic, pool water was cold but still early in the year, would totally stay here again

Weekend Get Away

Great spot for 4 guys attending Raider's game. Can walk to Rio or Gold Coast (5 mins). Technically could walk to the strip but bit of a hike as not a straight shot. Beware, those building are farther than they appear. Has everything you need, clean, laundry and the complex was quiet with good security. Recommend it if don't want to be on strip but close enough for quick drive over.

Clean, quiet, and great location

We all really liked the property. It was clean and everything worked and the location is great for access to the Strip and the Stadium. Parking was ample and it was quiet at night. Plan to stay here again when we visit.

Great Place if your not looking for something fancy!

Great place if your not looking for nothing fancy. Walking up 3 flights of stairs sucks when your drunk but it's hard to beat the price. Mattresses aren't very comfy.

Disappointed in Living Room

I chose this property for 5 women based on three things. 1. The bedroom layout worked for us. 2. The pool looked amazing. 3. The living room looked so cozy for us to relax and visit after a hard day of playing. Number 1 and 2 were perfect and the condo was clean and so was the pool. The living room, however, was a huge disappointment . The picture on the listing was absolutely nothing like the reality. It had a very large leather sofa and an uncomfortable chair. We had to sit all in a row and all 5 of us couldn't fit. It was uninviting and barren. I would not have booked this condo if I saw that room. Also, the security guard did not have our name - just the owner's name - and wasn't too sure about even letting us in. We loved the location, but the stairs were also a challenge with luggage and groceries.

Incommunicado

We arrived at 5 AM due to flash floods that cut off highway access from the North. Our host had asked that we text her if anything came up since she would be traveling. Security at the gate issued a temporary parking pass and told us the next guard on shift may not allow us access after leaving as we were not on the list of authorized guests. We contacted our host by text and email when we got up at 11:30 AM but there was no response until after 11 PM. The unit was clean, but smelled of smoke and there were blunts on the open stairwell railing. Cosmetically, the unit suffered from walls with gouged paint, screws and the like. Floor moldings were broken or loose, etc. Though everything was functional, we would have expected a unit that showed better for $250/night.

Amazing Condo in a Great Location

The condo that we rented was amazing. It was a perfect location to relax from the Vegas Strip. There was an awesome pool to cool off during the day and the staff was very friendly. There was a pick up and drop off location for Uber / Lift, which made traveling to and from the strip very easy. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting Vegas, especially first timers.

Place was very nice. Felt just like home!

Perfect for a 2-day stay

We wanted something out of the strip but still conveniently not too far and this was perfect for that. the check in process was smooth and parking close to the condo. be aware that there is a 3-floor staircase to get to the condo.

Great Roomy Place Close to the Strip

This property was exactly as listed. The owner has done a great job with making the check in and check out process easy. It is well stocked and clean which was nice - we've stayed in several that were not. All of the appliances are updated and the coffee pot and toaster were great to have every morning. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes it comfortable when you have more than 5 people like we did. We were happy that this property has a 24 hour guard at the gate so that you feel safe coming and going after dark. We will stay here again and will recommend to our friends and family.

Convenient location but not walkable to any amenities.

Unit is on third floor with an open staircase. No elevator. If you have heavy luggage, it’s a long climb. Sofa and bedroom carpet could use a cleaning.
