Historic Hoyt House in Manchester Village
Built in 1763, the Hoyt House is believed to be one of the oldest homes in Manchester, VT. Located in the heart of Manchester Village, our home is between Ekwanok Country Club and Equinox Golf Resort & Spa.

Professionally cleaned between guests, this 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 6 guests. 2 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and a smaller room is furnished with twin bunk beds. The home has a newly renovated kitchen with anything needed to make a meal at home, although we’re not a far stroll from nearby restaurants on Main Street.
Downstairs, the home has a half bath and a full bathroom located off the primary suite downstairs. The home also has a full bathroom located upstairs for the other two bedrooms to share.
Please note that because this is a historic home, the house has many quirks including uneven floors and no A/C.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: It is possible you may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Please note there is a VT Meals and Rooms Tax @ 10%, plus Manchester's Local Option Meals and Rooms Tax @ 1%.
