Prime Location
Located in the desirable Overlook neighborhood, you’re just minutes away from several of Portlands many eclectic and endearing neighborhoods.
You’re just five blocks from the burgeoning food/bar scene on N Killingsworth, and a short 3-5 minute drive to Mississippi Ave or Alberta St., two of Portland’s most vibrant dining and shopping districts.
If you’re like us, your day starts with coffee.
Thankfully you’re nestled near many excellent coffee houses: Albina Press (a 10-minute walk) and Stacks Coffeehouse (an 8-minute walk) are two of my favorites… (but Albina Press is our absolute go to ;).
Living Room
Enjoy a cozy night in with a cracking fire or a movie playing on the 46-inch Roku TV. Two couches and two oversized chairs are perfect for reading or kicking back while listening to records on the Bluetooth enabled record player.
The large dining table is great for board games, or if you need to get some work done, there’s a desk and 5G WiFi available as well.

No trip to Portland is complete without indulging in great food, and our fully equipped kitchen is ready to help you create culinary goodness. The kitchen features a double oven, food processor, toaster, coffee maker, spices, Bodum electric kettle, teas, microwave, Ninja blender, rice cooker, crockpot, and a KitchenAid stand mixer for your baking needs. A bonus: there’s filtered water right at the sink!
New Seasons, one of Portland’s favorite grocers, (and ours), is just a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. Please note, there are ice trays provided but no ice maker.
Bedrooms
When it’s time to rest, choose from four cozy ZINUS green tea memory foam beds with pillow toppers and plenty of pillows -two queens and one full, plus a twin pullout bed.
The main floor bedroom stays quite dark late into the morning, while the upstairs catch the morning sun and south for a peekaboo view of the West Hills. The white sofa in the living room moonlights as an additional twin bed if needed.

Each floor has a full bathroom. The downstairs bathroom includes a bathtub and blow dryer, while the upstairs bathroom features a large shower underneath an opening skylight. Both bathrooms are stocked with eucalyptus body wash and organic shampoo/conditioner.
Laundry
Laundry facilities located in the basement.

While the basement isn’t a finished basement, it’s well-lit and easy to navigate.

We welcome families with children and provide a pack-and-play, a Graco fold-up high chair, and baby gates. Please note that the house is not child-proofed, so supervision is necessary.
