- No smoking or vaping on the deck, balconies, or inside the property.
- Only 1 dog is allowed, no cats.
- No parties.
- No sporting equipment is allowed in the property.
- Due to the risk of bears, do not put garbage outside. Please dispose of your garbage at the local dumpsters - thank you.
- If you are staying here for work, please do not track mud or any work-related mess into the property. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued if the house rules are not obeyed. Furthermore, in addition to a fine, you could be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
Due to recent unfortunate situations, there is now an immediate $100 fine for all unapproved late checkouts after 10 am. Please reach out via your booking platform if you would like to book a late checkout.

In the lounge, comfortable couches and a gas fireplace create the ideal space to unwind after a day of exploring. The dining table is designed for larger families, with extra seating available at the kitchen counter bar.
