The open-concept living space boasts a large-screen TV with a 64"-inch Smart TV that will allow you to access your subscriptions to stream your favorite movies, sports and TV content. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, sits adjacent to the spacious dining area, creating a welcoming space for entertaining.

The master bedroom features a plush Queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two comfortable twin sized beds and access to the second bathroom, which includes a relaxing bathtub. Both bedrooms come with their own TVs, offering ample entertainment options for everyone.

Outside, the peaceful front lanai invites you to relax and unwind, complete with comfortable seating and a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. It’s the perfect space for enjoying Florida's beautiful weather. For extra fun and mobility, Roslyn Villa comes with a golf cart available for use (additional terms apply).
