Additionally, a relaxing atmosphere will be automatic when you find yourself seated on the balcony overlooking the amazing pool deck and Redfish Lake. Hours of fun in the sun await you and your loved ones either on the amazing pool deck or on the shores of the Gulf which March through October are accessible via a ferry across Redfish Lake where you will find seasonally provided beach service. Or simply relaxing in the master bathrooms Jacuzzi bathtub with a book is a fantastic way to unwind. On the other hand, a lot of exciting shops, restaurants and even art galleries sit just beyond Sanctuary’s gates. Head about five to ten minutes in the car along 30A and you'll find yourself at the charming Gulfplace town center, the artsy village of Grayton Beach or the edenic community of Watercolor. Or just ride your bike right across the street to Redfish Village- home to chic boutiques, eateries and an ice cream shop on the corner. However, great amenities are right within Sanctuary's gates. This condo rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer. We do not rent to under 25.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
