3 BR, 3 B condo with fabulous views sleeps 8 with sofa sleeper. BLACKOUT CURTAINS IN ALL THE BEDROOMS! I had no idea how important and rare this was until I rented other units for family gatherings. Everyone can enjoy sleeping in on vacation in this condo! Newly redecorated to create a beautiful, luxurious retreat. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included in the rental as well as 6 folding chairs which are in the condo. Also, for your convenience, beach towels, air inflator, rafts and beach toys are supplied. also available in the condo at no extra charge are a high chair and pack and play with sheets. Granite and stainless steel spacious kitchen with top of the line appliances and equipment. A nice selection of spices are in the pantry to simplify your grocery shopping. Balcony overlooks the emerald waters of the gulf and invites relaxation on lounge chairs or dining at the table with delicacies prepared on the grill. Sliding glass doors open wide between indoor and outdoor tables for a dining capacity of 12 with 3 additional seats at the bar. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall views from the living area, kitchen and master bedroom of the ocean. Master bedroom has king bed, jacuzzi tub, separate shower. Two additional bedrooms, which overlook Pensacola Bay, have queen beds and private baths. High quality linens and thick towels are in every room.

Our stay here was excellent. The beach access was easy and both the indoor & outdoor pools were great options for relaxing. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with those amazing views!

Florida family trip

Very nice condo spacious the beds were comfortable very clean great view of the gulf. We had a great time would go back. The amenities in the building were very nice. Great gym and spa Nice pool good access to the beach.

Perfect condo and view! Close to restaurants and right on the beach. We had everything we needed. It was great that there were beach chairs and towels available since we flew. Highly recommend the Frisky Mermaid dolphin tour. We saw the Blue Angels while on the boat.

Great vacation!

Great location (this building is a repeat and favorite vacation spot). We enjoyed all the units we’ve visited but this one is our favorite so far. Pictures are accurate, unit is well supplied, all furniture was clean and comfortable, and host was easy to communicate with.

This condo was fantastic for our extended family vacation. The balcony was huge and we spent a lot of time watching the ocean and listening to the waves. The Blue Angels even made a beach buzz late Sunday afternoon!

Amazing rental property

We had an amazing stay at this rental property! The condo itself is just beautiful and is fully equipped with everything you need. We stayed with three moms and five daughters between all of us for a dance competition, and this condo had amazing space for everyone and all of their things. The pool is beautiful, and the beach access is quick and easy. The owner was also extremely responsive and reached out to check on us prior to checking in. I'd highly recommend this property!

Balcony view can’t be beat!!

Great Spring Break in Pensacola Beach

Evie was a great hostess, the property was clean and exactly how it was described. Good amount of kitchen supplies for cooking in, plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. We will definitely look to rent this property again.

Spacious, modern condo with a great view!

We stayed the weekend for a girls' beach trip and had a wonderful time! Easy to find, great beach access, big pools, and nice gym. This was a great choice, and Evie was very quick to respond to any questions I had during our stay. Will be back again!

Cheer Competition plus mini Vacay!

This condo is AMAZING!!! Great Views from the very large Balcony. Comfy beds and very clean. We had an issue with a stopped up toilet our first day but the Host was very quick to respond to us. It was fixed and cleaned up within a few hours. They have everything you could possibly need. It made our time at Pensacola Beach a breeze.

Great balcony!!!

Condo was everything we had hoped for. Balcony was nice and large for entire family to enjoy. The only downfall was none of our codes worked except for the condo door code and we only had 1 key fob for our entire family. We would stay here again if we return.

Great Stay with Wonderful View

This place fit our family perfectly! The owner was very responsive with a few things that came up during our stay. The Beach club facility is very nice with easy access to the beach and a great pool. We enjoyed the free access to beach chairs and an umbrella. There were boogie boards for both the kids and grown ups to enjoy. While the faucet in the kitchen was not functioning properly, Evie made sure to get maintenance in to fix the issue. Also, the TV in the master was not functioning and there was no remote for the cable box.

I fell in love with Pensacola Beach when living here twice while growing up with my military family. Beach Club is the most luxurious resort in the area and includes all the amenities. I love our unit which I have taken pride it making it a comfortable, relaxing retreat for my family and for yours. My husband and I now have 11 grandchildren and are expecting 2 more! Consequently you will find extras included to make staying with children easy and convenient.

Why they chose this property

This is the most spectacular resort and spa on the Gulf Coast and the beach has fine white sand and emerald green to deep blue waves. The fitness room, sauna and steam room, indoor heated and outdoor pool, and spa services pamper and relax. The multitude of activities within walking distance and the uncrowded beaches offer something for everyone.

What makes this property unique

The perfect beaches, luxurious accommodations, nearby attractions and many resort and spa offerings made me love a vacation where I need not get in my car for the whole week stay.
