Fomos muito bem recepcionados, a anfitriã Iraci foi muito prestativa, o apartamento era perfeito, tudo bem limpo, organizado, todo equipado, piscina e jacuzzi funcionando perfeitamente, funcionários do condomínio todos gentis. Muito bem localizado, perto mercado, perto centro, foi melhor estadia que tivemos já em Gramado. Super recomendo. Nota 10

Apartamento e infraestrutura condizentes com as fotos, a exceção foi a TV no quarto da suíte que não funciona os canais e apenas com chrome cast, ao qual o proprietário não soube dizer como fazer para utiliza-lo, o que nos incomodou, pois foi um detalhe na locação que nos chamou a atenção. Do mais, apenas orientamos aos novos locadores que levem mais toalhas de banho pois devido ao tempo, a disponibilizada pelos anfitriões (1 por pessoa) não são suficientes. Local e localização excelentes.

Apartamento confortável, aconchegante e com ótima calefação.

A cidade é linda. O prédio tem toda uma infraestrutura de lazer, que não posso falar, pois não parei em casa. O fato da garagem ter porteiro 24 horas e o acesso fácil ao supermercado, que é muito bom, ao lado do condomínio. Além da facilidade de acesso ao centro de Gramado e à Canela, que é tudo de bom. Ficávamos no meio do caminho. Fui à pé ao centro à noite sem problemas. Dona Lisete, que intermedia o contato é um doce. Super indico o apartamento.

Estadia em aggosto de 2016

Estivemos hospedados em agosto de 2016 , o apartamento superou nossas expectativas, tudo muito bom e perfeito e quando ao proprietário não temos o que reclamar, tudo saiu conforme combinado. Super indico o espaço. Também gostaria de destacar a infra estrutura do espaço , muito bom, aproveitamos muito a piscina e a hidro, e para o deslocamento para o centro super tranquilo, próximo do centro.
