Beautiful home with soaring ceilings, tons of light, brand new furnishings and amenities. Close to everything. 15 min. to downtown Asheville, 12 minutes to Biltmore Estate and 10 minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway. Elegant, comfortable open concept living with giant wood burning fire place. Gas burning fire place in basement. Great outdoor amenities. Giant deck, with propane fire pit as well as an outdoor wood burning fire pit.

This home offers the best of both worlds - being far enough out that you get the seclusion and relaxation of being in the mountains with amazing views but at the same time you are only minutes from local area attractions, site seeing, hiking, biking and of course great restaurants and shopping that make Asheville one of the most popular destinations in the South East.
