Softball Tournament

This was a perfect place for us to vacation and have our child participate in the softball tournament in Salisbury. Condo Location was central. It was easy to walk to where we needed to go at the beach. Direct Ocean view was beautiful from every room. Easy access to pool and beach. It had everything we needed! Thank you David!

When we arrived we tried to open the door and the lock was messed up the neighbor came over and told us the last tenant had the same problem so it must’ve been an ongoing thing and not fixed once we got in there was sand all over the floor and on the couch we called the landlord right away and told him the issues with the place and he did nothing for us!!!

Updates Needed

We enjoyed our stay, however, this is a very tired apartment in need of some modernization. Elec outlets are falling off the wall in master bedroom and are dangerous; quite a few of them don't work. Second bedroom is only an extremely small space with bed...not really a second bedroom. Great landlord, but would have preferred a cleaner and more modern condo.

Needs some general maintenance

This property was updated as described in all the major areas (kitchen, hallway bathroom, main area floors), but needs general maintenance to make the property really shine. The vent in the smaller bedroom fell out unprompted (we discovered it was being held in by masking tape), the bathtub faucet in the master comes out of the wall when you try to put it in shower mode, the microwave isn't properly anchored to the wall, the mattresses in the pullout is all old coils a d horribly uncomfortable. All of these things (and a couple more) have been reported directly to the owner. Once those items are fixed, we would definitely consider staying here again. Location was great (we could see fireworks right from the balcony!), right on the beach, nice pool, easy check in process.

We enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect and the condo was spacious for our family of 5. The condo building also had plenty of parking and a great pool:). We would stay here again!

Great location and property, but not clean at all

Definitely 5/5 on the property itself. Beautiful place and exactly like it was in the pictures and perfect location. But 1/5 on the cleanliness. Spent the first few hours cleaning and sanitizing everything because how filthy the whole place was. Leftover toothpaste in the sink from previous renters, hair and sand in the shower. The toilet was absolutely disgusting. Crumbs all over the kitchen and balcony table and mats. You could tell the bed headboards, nightstand, and dresser hasn’t been touched in a while because our cleaning rag was covered in dust/dirt after one swipe.

Awesome vacation

the property was exactly what was pictured. Right off the beach. My family had a wonderful time. Its aways from the boardwalk so we had to drive to that but above all we had a great family vacation. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location was perfect!

Overall, the room was "ok". The location was perfect, and the staff at the condo were very friendly. Even though we were there during the threat of a hurricane! When we arrived, we had to go shopping for cleaning supplies and spent the first 2 hours of our vacation cleaning and doing laundry that hadn't been done. After contacting the owner, he had the cleaning service contact us and they apologized, stated they were not going to charge the owner for service after we left, however the owner did not offer to refund us for our time and supplies. The A/C did not work properly the whole week. Also, told the owner this, and he never sent anyone to repair it. With the heavy winds and rain, we couldn't open the windows and it got very stuffy and humid. Towards the end of the week, the staff secured the windows to prepare for the storm and we were told we couldn't open them for the remainder of the stay. There were also several safety concerns with the room that we informed the owner of, such as loose wall outlets, light switches, the microwave above the stuff, and the build up of lint around the dryer (potential fire hazard). We tried to run the vacuum and clean it up, but the one in the room didn't work very well. The condo is cute and decorated nice, but could use a facelift. They definitely need to get the A/C fixed and SOON!
