The space
The front of this elegant home is facing the Bay only yards away from a biking and walking trail. The back of the house features a patio with a seating area. The bright living room has high ceilings. The modern kitchen includes granite countertops, a gas range, double ovens, stainless-steel appliances, and a large island with bar stools. Three sliding-glass patio doors provide easy access outdoors. The formal dining room leads to a spacious side patio. There are three remodeled full bathrooms (one on the first floor), four upstairs bedrooms, a graceful staircase, lovely chandeliers, and custom details throughout.

GUEST ACCESS
Guest have access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage and one closet on the first floor. No use of pool/spa.

Please turn the heat down to ~65F when leaving.
The house does not have air conditioning.

There are outdoor security cameras (front and back) installed for safety and security which are continuously recording throughout each stay.
