Come experience the Best of Bayside! Enjoy the Delaware Shore at the upscale Bayside Resort. Bayside features first class amenities including 4 pools (including an indoor pool), kids splash zone, hot tub, pool bar, canoeing, kayaking and paddle board center, live concerts at the Freeman Stage, tennis and a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Our unit is centrally located in the Community and newly furnished. Just 4.5 miles from the beaches of Fenwick Island, DE., convenient to the Bethany Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD resort areas. We use this condo as our second home and have spent a lot of time maintaining our condo and ensuring the little details are covered. Our kitchen is very well equipped - you will likely find all the gadgets and utensils you have in your primary residence present. This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath condo contains 1,600 sq. ft. and is located in the Sun Ridge community of Bayside, adjacent to the Sun Ridge Pool and Recreation Center. Bayside is an upscale family oriented resort community on the Delaware Shore.

Don’t feel like dragging all your beach gear with you? We have you covered! We offer our guests 4 beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella, and a boogie board in our storage unit.

Please note: The Bayside community charges a Resort Fee for guest use of the community amenities (3 outdoor pools, indoor pool and fitness center, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding center, beach shuttle, etc.) Resort fees vary by season and length of stay. Annual Thanksgiving event

This is our 3rd year staying here and it has always been a great experience. Dave and MaryHelen are wonder hosts and truly have gone over and above to be accommodating. The condo is beautiful, fully stocked, very comfortable, as well as in an excellent location. We hope to come back again next Thanksgiving. Thank you and always available for a reference!!!

Wonderful Stay

This condo has been meticulously maintained, very well-stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to make your meals should one decide to do so. The close proximity to the Sun Ridge pool is an added benefit as well as the very quiet front screened in patio to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or end of day drinks. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the check-in process and throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location with fabulous amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at Bayside Resort Golf Club. The condo itself was well equipped and very clean. Its location within Bayside was fantastic as we were able to walk to the Sun Ridge complex to use the pools and other facilities. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive. If we return to the area (which we hope to do), we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is our second year staying there and it does not disappoint. Condo is clean, well stocked, close to everything in OC and DE beaches. The best part is the excellent communication with the owners. Very Jighly recommend

Great property!

This condo was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool right behind the building, fishing in the nearby ponds, and kayaking at the point. Host was very responsive and the unit was as advertised. Would definitely book again.

Great property and location

This condo in the Sun Ridge neighborhood of the Bayside Community was perfect for our family. To start off, the location is ideal. Although our stay was in the off season from pool time, it would be a most convenient location for the summer months because this unit is in the building right across the street from the beautiful pool and Sun Ridge amenities. The photos online were beautiful, and when we walked in, we found that the unit was just as the photos pictured. Unit was beautifully decorated! The layout of the unit was most functional. The balcony overlooks one of the common grassy areas where there is a gazebo and large soccer net is placed for the recreation of the soccer players in one's families. Unit was very clean. Owners were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive, and provided everything we needed to make our time at their unit comfortable and convenient. We would definitely recommend this unit and renting from these owners.

Perfect for family

Loved the covered parking and easy check in process with the key code. Everything was tidy upon arrival and the condo is spacious, especially the master suite. The walk to the pool was fantastic and had everything we needed for our family. Just wished the pool opened before ten because my kids are up at the crack of dawn. During our five day stay we did notice that a lot things were overlooked when cleaning between tenants. Clothes in a dresser drawer, used hairbrushes in the vanity, half drank Gatorade bottle in a nightstand, half filled mouthwash bottle. We also noticed our feet would be dirty after walking around barefoot in the condo so we just made sure to wear socks or keep flip flops on. The owners checked in halfway through our stay and were very responsive to any of our concerns.

Clean, comfortable place in a great location. Dave and MaryHelen were super helpful and communicative. Great for families with plenty of space. Only one TV (family room) which wasn't an issue for us since our teens are glued to their phones! Otherwise, everything you'd expect with no surprises.

All we could ask for

Our family loved staying at David's Bayside Condo. From our personal entry code, parking spot, elevator access, this lovely condo has it all. The pools and splash pads and grilling stations were steps away..and David supplied all the necessary beach equipment. The unit is creatively decorated and the furnishings were lovely. Spending our vacation at Bayside was such a fun and relaxing way to celebrate our family reunion. Thank you David and Mary Helen!

Amazing, well-decorated and spacious condo

The owners were very responsive and extremely accommodating. The place was very clean and centrally located. Nice having a parking spot in the garage and almost everyone we saw was wearing a mask. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We would definitely stay here again!!! We give the place an A++++++

The property was lovely - very well located and very well appointed. They had everything that we needed to enjoy our time when staying in on a rainy day or going out to the beach or pool when we chose to. Repeat performance at Winterberry Parkway!

We loved our first visit so much, we had to come back for seconds! The Miller’s condo has everything you can ask for-cleanliness, decor, location and amenities. Our extended family had plenty of space in the three bedrooms. The kitchen was so well equipped that many of the supplies we thought we would need, came back home with us, unopened. Can’t say enough about the Sun Ridge pool. My grandchildren loved the splash pad and kiddie pool. We took advantage of the internal trolley to get to The Point for paddle boarding, crabbing and a casual dinner at 38* Dave and Maryhelen were always quick to respond from our first inquiry to sending a text during the week to see if there was anything else we needed. The binder with info and suggestions were appreciated. Just like last time, we are already talking about next year!

Dave vacationed in Ocean City, MD while growing up and has been coming back to this area ever since. Our family has enjoyed vacations in the Fenwick area for many years with our kids, and we vacationed at Bayside numerous times before we purchased our unit in 2015. Bayside offers the best of both worlds - it is a quiet family oriented community with amazing amenities, but still close to the beaches of Bethany, Fenwick Island and Ocean City.
